Full-time Housekeeper / Kitchen Help needed at Private Family Farm in eastern Tennessee ~ $30k

Housekeeper is a full time housekeeper/ part time family prep cook. We are looking for someone who is experienced, extremely detail oriented, enjoys organizing and is used to working in a busy household with children and pets underfoot. I need someone I do not need to task but can see what needs to be done with our hectic schedules. Tasks include but not limited to whole house cleaning, organizing, laundry, cleaning common spaces on the farm ( guest house ect.), weekly grocery shopping runs, food prep/ quick meals, help with events/parties on the farm, help with garden harvests and preserving and when we travel caring for the household pets. I need a second set of “mom hands”. Must also be very comfortable with farm life. We are all hands on deck with morning animal chores including milking our family cow and collecting eggs/feeding chickens. A few things to keep in mind. We are a family farm with kids. So no smoking/vaping/drugs/ excessive drinking. We run a background check. You must have a valid drivers license and a car. There are no exceptions to this. We are rural. Must be able to handle extreme weather events. The mountains of Tennessee are beautiful but wild! Shared housing with other farmhands in their 20’s. Salary, housing and access to our raw milk, eggs, pasture raised meats including beef, chicken and pork and garden bounty during the growing seasons. This is a lifestyle job.
